I would like to thank Steve Mayor from Saving-You for the outstanding work in providing a mortgage workshop for The Binary Box team. In a half-hour session, he carried out some 1-2-1 mortgage reviews with the whole team. He managed to make a saving of over £50,000 for Rob through a re-mortgage on his current premises when Rob thought he had already found the best deal on the market. Also, he has allowed Sam to purchase his dream home which he previously thought was out of his price range. I can highly recommend both Steve and Saving-You for conducting a similar drop-in session as I have received great feedback from the staff; as a business owner, this is a great way to reward your team. We recently used Saving-you to help us remortgage our house. From the first initial meeting with Steve, right through to the end, everything about the service was brilliant. At first we was looking to sell and mortgage a new property but we changed our minds half way through the process and decided to stay and remortgage our house instead. They’d already put a lot of work into setting up our purchase and so to have to start again on a remortgage instead must of been a bit of a surprise to say the least, but they understood our reasons and it didn’t phase them at all, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had nothing but trouble with our estate agents and this was one of the areas where saving-you more than proved why it’s worth having somebody you can trust on your side working for you. Jamie, our advisor, went above and beyond by regularly taking time out of his day to chase them up for us and he was always ready to help us whenever we rang with a question or a problem, He was really friendly, really knew what he was doing and kept us updated through every step of the process. Kelly was a massive help too, helping to guide us through all the paperwork and finding the time to help sort out all our proofs of ID and copies of documents, basically taking us step by step through everything. Thank you! I can’t recommend Saving-you highly enough and for anybody reading this wondering wether to use them or try and navigate the process themselves all I can say is they was worth and earned every penny of there fee. The deal they got us means we’re able to make massive improvements on our house, including an extension and a new kitchen and bathroom and our mortgage only went up about £150 pm!! It was a pleasure dealing with them and we’ll be back when our fixed period ends for them to find us another deal! Thank you Saving-you for everything!
